Australia’s first full lifecycle BIM project – Flinders @ Tonsley – continues to grab headlines as Zuuse and Flinders University feature in the innovation issue of Engineers Australia’s magazine.
At Zuuse, we see a tremendous opportunity to innovate and deliver technology that brings the facilities management sector into the new world with 3D technology and mobile apps that provide significant efficiencies across the whole asset lifecycle.
Flinders University partnered with Zuuse to achieve just that. The $120m Tonsley Building used Zuuse technology across the entire lifecycle, passing relevant information from one phase to the next, linked to a 3D model where appropriate and of course, making it all usable – a single integrated platform that collects everything needed from design to demolition.
